Refund policy

We are proud to create high quality, timeless piece and hope nothing more than you to love your Land and Honey. However, if you are not happy with your order for whatever reason you may return within 14 days of purchase, unworn, unwashed with tags still attached.

Returns are to be posted to our Byron Bay office. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. Please ensure:

• Item/s are returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Item/s must be unworn, unwashed with tags & liners still attached.
• Your name and address must be supplied along with your order number to ensure timely processing.
• Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We advise using a traceable shipping method and taking note of your tracking number.
